Built around a large-volume Helion™ superfoam midsole and On’s signature CloudTec® geometry, it delivers a smooth, rockered ride that feels energetic yet controlled.
Designed primarily as a performance trainer, the Cloudmonster 3 excels on long runs, steady miles, and structured workouts. While not a carbon super shoe, the embedded nylon Speedboard® adds snap and efficiency, making it capable of handling uptempo efforts or even race day for runners who prefer durability and stability over ultra-aggressive propulsion.
