The Mizuno Wave Rebellion Pro 3 is a uniquely designed road running shoe built to elevate performance in any race distance. The dual layered midsole consists of two of Mizuno's best foams that work harmoniously together to deliver a resilient ride for any distance, from the 5k to marathon with ease.
The bottom layer is enhanced with lightweight and soft MIZUNO ENERZY LITE foam, topped with an even plusher and bouncier foam, MIZUNO ENERZY LITE PLUS and stabilized by Mizuno's first-ever reinforced carbon wave plate. This plate adds to the propulsive running experience of the Wave Rebellion Pro by providing a springy ride and energetic toe-off.
The aggressive heel bevel gets runners on their toes quickly and allows for greater propulsion with the generous midsole cutout to keep you grounded without compromising on responsiveness. The G3 rubber outsole provides long-lasting traction while the engineered mesh upper offers a thin, lightweight, and race ready fit.
