Tissot PRX 40 T137.410.17.011.00 is a T-Classic watch. The watch impresses at first glance with its unusual barrel-shaped case and bracelet connection.
The Tissot T1374101701100 model is powered by a battery-powered Swiss ETA F06.115 movement with 3 jewels. Besides the time function, it is equipped with a date display. It can be found at the 3 o'clock index. The hour and minute hands, as well as the indices, are equipped with a luminescent coating for better reading of the time in twilight or darkness.
The watch case is made of stainless steel and is held on the wrist by a rubber strap. The simple and clear dial is protected by a sapphire crystal that is highly scratch resistant. Thanks to its water resistance to 100 metres (10 ATM ), the watch does not need to be removed from the wrist even when swimming or snorkelling. It will be a great partner not only for everyday wear, but also for sports in the water and on land.
In the PRX model, the Tissot brand has resurrected a design from the 1970s. It refers to the pioneering work of watch designer Gérald Genta. Genta was responsible for icons such as the Universal Geneve Polerouter, the Audemars Piguet "Royal Oak", the IWC Ingenieur and the Patek Philippe "Nautilus". The PRX designation itself stands for "P" for Precise, "R" for Robust and "X" for the Roman numeral ten and a water resistance of 10 bar.
